Are you wanting to embark on a new exciting opportunity? This well-respected and impressive legal firm is looking for a Billing Administrative Assistant! This role will have the successful candidate supporting a team and secretarial staff to ensure a world class service to their clients.

The primary responsibilities and duties of this role include:
Checking all draft billing proformas, ensuring fees are accurate and disbursements have been picked up correctly and the required evidenced has been included.
Opening files correctly, in the manner agreed in the framework agreement.
Receiving, checking and collating invoices, ensuring they attributed to the correct files as disemburstments.
Acting as the first point of contact for client queries regarding billing matters, such as E-billing.
Prepare and manage billing review documents.
Liaising with external partners on a daily basis.
Supporting a wider team of Billing Assistants and department administration to manage workload peaks.
Running client summary reports.
Meeting deadlines.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
Advanced IT Skills, including solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Word.
Detail oriented, consistent high levels of accuracy.
Ability to perform under pressure and time constraints
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Punctual at all times.
Solid previous experience in this sector
