This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a dynamic, international professional services firm, providing high-level support to key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Offering genuine autonomy and a broad, varied remit, this role will see you operating at the heart of the business, supporting senior professionals and engaging with high-profile client work - all while making a meaningful impact from day one.

The Role
  • Deliver exceptional client service, acting as a confident and professional first point of contact, managing client enquiries, calls, and communications with discretion.
  • Proactively manage complex diaries, international travel, itineraries, and meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Oversee logistics on the lead up to, and during, meetings and events supporting business development initiatives.
  • Support the creation of high-quality pitches, presentations, and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate client events, briefings, and training sessions, delivering a polished and seamless experience.
  • Manage workflow, monitor inboxes, draft correspondence, and communications efficiently.
  • Assist with billing processes, preparing accurate invoices and expenses.
  • Maintain the highest standards of compliance, confidentiality, and data security.
About You
  • Proven EA experience within a professional services setting.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
