We're delighted to be partnering with a globally recognised organisation to recruit a proactive and collaborative HR Shared Services Team Leader to join their expanding HR function.

This is an exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of transformation. The organisation is evolving its HR technology landscape, refining processes and enhancing the way it supports its people. The Role

As HR Onboarding Team Leader, you will lead a team of 3-5 HR Administrators, ensuring a seamless, compliant and high-quality onboarding experience for all new joiners. You will drive operational excellence, oversee service delivery against SLAs and champion continuous improvement within the Shared Services function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and develop the onboarding team, monitoring performance and KPIs.
  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
  • Act as the onboarding subject matter expert within HR Shared Services.
  • Manage workflow via the ticketing system, ensuring effective prioritisation.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external screening providers.
  • Produce operational reports and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Support and contribute to HR transformation projects.
About You
  • Proven HR/Onboarding Team Leader experience within an HR Shared Services environment.
  • Experience managing team performance and SLAs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, process-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail.
