We're delighted to be partnering with a globally recognised organisation to recruit a proactive and collaborative HR Shared Services Team Leader to join their expanding HR function.

The Role
As HR Onboarding Team Leader, you will lead a team of 3-5 HR Administrators, ensuring a seamless, compliant and high-quality onboarding experience for all new joiners. You will drive operational excellence, oversee service delivery against SLAs and champion continuous improvement within the Shared Services function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the onboarding team, monitoring performance and KPIs.
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
- Act as the onboarding subject matter expert within HR Shared Services.
- Manage workflow via the ticketing system, ensuring effective prioritisation.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external screening providers.
- Produce operational reports and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Support and contribute to HR transformation projects.
About You
- Proven HR/Onboarding Team Leader experience within an HR Shared Services environment.
- Experience managing team performance and SLAs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, process-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail.
