We’re looking for a proactive, ambitious professional to lead the front end of the M&A process, working independently to identify and develop high-value acquisition opportunities.
The Role
- Drive outbound activity through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
- Engage senior decision-makers to generate qualified opportunities.
- Represent the business at industry events and trade shows.
- Maintain a structured, insight-led CRM pipeline.
About You
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, ideally within financial services or M&A.
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM systems.
