We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a commercial business based near Birmingham. This hybrid role offers a hybrid working model (3 days in office and 2 days WFH), with a salary of £38,000–£42,000 depending on experience.
Supporting the CEO, CFO, and Senior Leadership Team directly, this position offers the chance to shape and develop the Executive Assistant function at the highest level of the organisation, while acting as a trusted ambassador for the business.
The key responsibilities for the role include:
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating multiple calendars across various time zones.
- Taking full ownership of inbox management, delegating and responding on behalf of the CEO, while acting as a key point of contact.
- Organising domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visa applications, travel documentation, and logistics.
- Liaising with external partners and stakeholders, coordinating client events, and attending events where required.
- Preparing agendas, briefing packs, and background research for the CEO and CFO, as well as producing accurate meeting notes and action points.
- Supporting day-to-day executive office management, including coordinating catering and facilities for onsite meetings.
- Assisting with research projects, reports, and strategic initiatives as the role evolves.
Experience requirements:
- Previous experience providing high-level support to C-suite executives within a professional services or legal environment.
- Strong background in complex diary and international travel management, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence liaising professionally with clients, partners, and senior leadership teams.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
