An award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced, proactive, and forward-thinking Legal PA to join its friendly and collaborative Property team.

Working closely with fee earners and the wider business operations function, you will provide high-quality, seamless support while proactively adding value across the team. This is an excellent full-time, permanent opportunity to be part of a professional environment where exceptional client service, teamwork, and attention to detail are central to success.

The Role
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including complex diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Manage documentation processes, including electronic filing, record maintenance, and accurate expense tracking.
  • Provide outstanding client service, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling enquiries and directing them appropriately.
  • Prepare and format confidential legal documents, correspondence, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Take ownership of stakeholder requests, ensuring efficient coordination and delegation of tasks across multiple teams.
  • Build strong working relationships through regular liaison meetings to anticipate priorities and manage commitments effectively.
  • Contribute to wider business initiatives, including event coordination and continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What you will need
  • Proven experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary (experience within Property law is highly desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied and demanding workload.
  • A proactive, positive, and “can-do” approach.
  • Strong adaptability and confidence in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
