In this role, you will work directly with an entrepreneur developing a range of ideas, including ventures in mindfulness, circular fashion, and other creative concepts. You’ll play a key role in helping bring early-stage ideas to life through design, structure, and organisation.

This is a flexible, home-based position, with occasional meet-ups in Birmingham. It’s ideal for someone looking for a creative side role where no two weeks look the same.

This is far from a traditional PA role.

The Role:

You will provide hands-on creative and project support across a variety of evolving ideas, including:

· Designing and creating presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, Prezi, Adobe tools)

· Building and updating simple, well-designed websites (e.g. Squarespace or similar platforms)

· Supporting the development of visual identity and overall aesthetic direction

· Organising content into clean, minimal, and visually engaging formats

· General administrative and project support as required

· Coordinating small projects and occasional events

About You:

· Background in Personal or Project Assistance

· Strong eye for minimalist, modern design

· Comfortable using digital design tools and website builders

· Creative, proactive, and highly organised

· Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
