An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to join a prestigious international law firm in their Birmingham office.

Supporting a well-established and high-performing Property team, this role offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. It’s an ideal position for a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to play a key role in a respected and forward-thinking firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertly managing complex diaries, coordinating senior-level meetings, and ensuring seamless communication with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing high-level, proactive administrative and organisational support to senior leadership, including Legal Counsel
  • Coordinating and delivering well-prepared executive meetings, handling logistics, venues, and producing polished agendas and presentations
  • Supporting executive reporting with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
  • Organising international and domestic travel, creating detailed, well-structured itineraries and managing all logistics
  • Delivering a consistently high standard of professional secretarial support, including the careful handling of sensitive and confidential information
  • Responding to ad hoc requests from the Executive Team with efficiency, flexibility, and a solutions-focused approach
The successful candidate will bring proven, high-level experience in a PA role within a fast-paced professional services environment, with essential experience in the property sector (ideally alongside exposure to legal or financial services). You will also demonstrate exceptional organisational ability, meticulous attention to detail, and the confidence to thrive in a demanding, deadline-driven setting, consistently delivering work to an outstanding standard.
