We’re seeking a proactive and personable PA to support an entrepreneur working across a range of purpose-led and creative projects, including ventures within wellness, mindfulness and circular fashion.
This is a varied and fast-moving role supporting someone with lots of ideas, so we’re looking for a highly organised PA who enjoys bringing structure, energy and support to evolving projects.
This role is far from a traditional corporate PA position and would suit someone who enjoys working in a more creative, relaxed and purpose-driven environment.
The Role:
· Diary and inbox management
· Preparing presentations and supporting with project coordination
· Organising ideas, notes and content into clear and professional formats
· General PA and administrative support
· Assisting with occasional events and meetings
· Acting as a trusted right-hand support across multiple projects
About You:
· Previous PA or Project Assistant experience
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail
· Comfortable creating polished presentations using PowerPoint, Canva etc
· Positive, adaptable and proactive approach
· Naturally aligned to wellness, mindfulness or purpose-led projects
· Happy working in a flexible and ever-changing environment
Home-based with occasional meet ups in Birmingham.
