An experienced entrepreneur with a proven track record of building successful businesses is now developing a number of new, passion-led ventures, including ideas within mindfulness and circular fashion.
They are seeking a creative and adaptable Project Assistant to provide part-time, ad hoc support during this early-stage phase. This is a flexible, temporary opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys contributing to new ideas, working across a variety of tasks, and bringing a thoughtful, creative approach. The role will include tasks such as website design and creating presentations, making it well suited to someone with a blend of organisational and creative skills who is looking for a side role alongside other commitments.

The Role:
This is a varied and evolving position, where you will support with bringing early-stage ideas to life. Responsibilities will include:
• Creating high-quality presentations (PowerPoint, Prezi, Canva, or similar)
• Supporting the setup and design of simple, elegant websites (e.g. Squarespace or similar platforms)
• Researching and organising information for new business ideas
• Providing general ad hoc PA support as required

Key Duties:
• Strong eye for design with a minimalist, sophisticated aesthetic
• Comfortable creating visually engaging presentations and digital content
• Tech-savvy, with experience using website builders and design tools
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
• Flexible and happy working on an ad hoc basis
• Able to meet in person in Solihull on occasion

Preferred experience:
• Experience creating presentations for business, pitch, or marketing purposes
• Hands-on experience building or editing websites using platforms such as Squarespace, Wix, or similar
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe, or Prezi
• Experience supporting creative, entrepreneurial, or start-up environments is a plus

Key Details:
• Up to 10 hours per week (flexible and variable)
• Temporary, ad hoc assignment
• Home-based with occasional in-person collaboration
• Potential for the role to develop into a longer-term part-time PA position

This role would suit someone who enjoys working on creative projects, has a strong sense of style, and is looking for a flexible, engaging side opportunity.
