We’re on the lookout for a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to join one of our highly regarded clients - a dynamic, finance-focused business with a London feel and beautifully presented offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes.
The Role:
- Provide high-level administrative support, ensuring diaries, meetings, and day-to-day activities are managed efficiently to support smooth business operations.
- Act as the first point of contact, overseeing front of house, coordinating meetings, and delivering a professional experience for both visitors and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality documents and presentations, manage expenses and invoices, and support reporting through the collation of key business materials.
- Organise internal and external events, while offering flexible support across the wider team to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven PA experience (minimum 3–5 years) within a fast-paced, professional environment.
- A proactive mindset with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to stay one step ahead.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships and engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
