Hybrid, full-time permanent position offering up to £40,000 per annum based on experience, plus a quarterly commission earning and car allowance.

An exciting opportunity to work within a senior sales position for a nationally recognised energy company has become available! Based in Tamworth, the successful applicant will be responsible for attracting new business for both companies within the business, in addition to account management; working closely with both company businesses and their partners.

Key responsibilities of the role would include:

  • Selling new business deals, driving leads and sales into both company businesses
  • Delivering a strong strategic channel, enabling the delivery of KPIs and contracted margin and volume into the company’s portfolio
  • Building and managing relationships with customers and partners to help grow the business
  • Develop, secure and refresh a key accounts portfolio to deliver outstanding account management to customers
  • Delivering both client and customer presentations of the company’s products
Prospective applicants must have previous experience in business development, sales and customer service at a managerial level, as well as experience working within the energy sector. They must have excellent time-management and organisational skills to deliver targets within a fast-paced environment, be adaptable and flexible, and have outstanding communication and team-working skills. Previous experience working with CRM systems is also required.

The company offers excellent benefits including flexible working – working from home 3-4 days per week – quarterly commission and a benefits scheme, including travel expenses.
