Are you an experienced Executive Assistant ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a leading organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation, is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide professional support to their newly appointed CEO and senior leadership team. This role is mainly office based.
This is a brand-new role offering the chance to be instrumental in supporting senior leadership during a pivotal time of growth and strategic development. You'll provide comprehensive executive support whilst having oversight of the broader executive support service, making this an excellent opportunity for career progression.
Working directly with the CEO you'll be at the heart of the organisation, managing complex diaries, coordinating high-profile events, preparing executive-level documentation, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
This busy and varied role will entail:
- Managing complex executive diaries and coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders
- Preparing comprehensive board papers, presentations, and executive reports
- Organising high-profile events including award ceremonies and stakeholder visits
- Implementing service improvements to enhance efficiency across executive support functions
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners on behalf of the senior leadership team
- Taking detailed minutes for senior leadership meetings and tracking action items
- Drafting high-level correspondence and communications on behalf of executives
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for senior staff
- Managing procurement of office supplies and liaising with suppliers
- Overseeing general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Providing support and guidance to other administrative team members
- Maintaining confidential filing systems and document management
- Screening calls and managing visitor arrangements for the executive office
- Preparing detailed briefing documents and research for executive meetings
- Coordinating cross-departmental projects and initiatives
- Managing room bookings and facility arrangements for meetings and events
- Handling sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism
Applicants MUST have:
- Significant senior executive assistant experience supporting C-suite executives in medium to large organisations
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent
- Experience within complex, high-stakes organisational environments
- Business administration qualifications
