An established, forward-thinking, international professional services firm looking to expand their marketing and communications team and bring onboard a Marketing Executive with an innovative and creative approach to their work, who will play an integral part in the successful and effective planning and delivery of their marketing strategy. This is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate with confidence and ambition, to continue developing their experience further working for a reputable organisation.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting with the production of written and visual content for the firm’s website, creating schedules and updating and maintaining their social media channels
• Creating marketing materials, brochures, event invitations, and maintaining a full inventory
• Regularly reviewing performance, activity and feedback reports from clients
• Supporting with the planning, organisation and delivery of internal and primarily external events, attending to ensure everything runs smoothly when necessary
• Implementing sponsorships agreements and monitoring their value, supporting with business development activities and acting as a brand ambassador
• Liaising with the wider Business Development and Marketing team, as well as internal Human Resources, IT and Finance departments
• Ensuring all marketing and communications procedures are tracked and recorded accurately, for performance measurement

You will be acting as the point of contact for the marketing team and as a representative of the brand, ensuring their online presence and all marketing material is coherent across every platform, and strategising new methods to reach out to their target demographic, as the firm continues to grow and build on its already excellent reputation in the market.

The successful candidate must be able to work well independently as well as part of a team, paying strong attention to
detail on all matters and have a positive, proactive attitude towards their work.

This is a full-time, permanent position paying up to £32k annually depending on experience, with an excellent flexible, hybrid working pattern.
