A highly successful professional services firm are seeking a part time office manager to support their offices based in the Birmingham business district.

Duties will include; running the front of house for the firm, maintaining filling systems, oversee IT/telephony/cleaning contracts, assisting with PA duties like travel booking and some support to the finance team with invoices, billing and payments. It’s a busy, but extremely manageable role for a corporate PA, office manager or team administrator that is seeking a permanent part-time position - Wednesday to Friday. You will have worked in a professional services environment before and thrive off providing first class service to those that you support.
