An internationally-renowned retailer, with offices based in Nuneaton, are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Temporary Paralegal to support their in-house Property Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to gain valuable insight into a corporate, commercial environment, whilst working within a supportive and forward-thinking team. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with post-completion matters
- Supporting the Property Solicitors with obtaining and reviewing documents
- Liaising with the Health & Safety Managers as well as external agencies
- General administration duties
The ideal candidate will be adaptable and enjoy a varied job role, with a solid understanding of the principles of property law. They will also have impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
