Recruitment Administrator within Education Sector (ID:7824)
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work
for a further education institution in a recruitment capacity. This is an
ongoing temporary role, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate! This
is the perfect role for someone with some previous recruitment experience who is
immediately available and keen to get started in a new role
Duties will include:
Utilising Microsoft Excel in order to track applications,
candidate paperwork and recruitment processes
Working closely with HR and Payroll teams across multiple
campuses
Travelling between various campuses as required
Assisting with implementation and smooth running of new
processes such as new HR system, PSL review and candidate testing
Recruiting for both temporary and permanent positions
Ensuring all job specifications are up to date at all times,
and adverts correctly reflect live roles
Communicating effectively with recruitment managers &
prospective candidates
Preparing and administrating candidate testing, interview
invitations, references, offer letters, contracts, payroll forms etc
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous
recruitment experience, in house or agency, and will ideally have experience
within the education sector, and be working towards, or already have, your CIPD
level 3. You will be a fantastic communicator, with a positive and proactive
attitude and the ability to prioritise your own workload in order to ensure
compliance documentation is consistently maintained.

This is a full-time, temporary
position, based in South Staffordshire, and is paying £12-£13 per hour.
