Front of House Coordinator

An exhilarating opportunity for a Front of House Coordinator to join a results-driven, property House in Birmingham city centre.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a warm, professional, and memorable first impression by confidently welcoming and engaging with clients
• Prepare and serve high-quality refreshments on arrival, maintaining exceptional hospitality standards throughout meetings
• Efficiently clear and reset meeting rooms, ensuring they remain pristine, organised, and client-ready at all times
• Coordinate and manage catering arrangements, tailoring provisions to suit each meeting’s needs
• Handle incoming external calls with confidence and professionalism
• Organise courier services and coordinate seamless travel bookings
• Proactively manage and schedule meeting room bookings to maximise efficiency and availability
• Undertake comprehensive training to become a certified Fire Marshal and First Aider, strengthening on-site safety expertise
• Collaborate closely with the wider support team to assist in the successful delivery of events, travel coordination, and award submissions

Requirements:
• Previous experience using Outlook for diary management and Word for producing professional correspondence and agendas is highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do attitude will be highly valued
