Working within a collaborative HR team, this position requires a high level of HR administration experience, ideally gained in a large-scale HR shared services environment. You will act as the main point of contact for project-related matters and situations requiring escalation, as well as playing a key role in supporting pay reviews and reviewing employee performance. In this role, you will also serve as the primary contact for internal HR stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-level, collaborative environment with people-focused clients. Strong professionalism, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment are essential.
