Project Support Administrator (ID:7310)
- Front of House related duties - meeting & greeting visitors, managing the meeting rooms for the office and providing refreshments as required. Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and handling enquiries appropriately, as well as handling post and the courier process.
- Personal Assistant focused tasks - booking travel for the wider management team, taking minutes in meetings and producing reports as required. Communicating with clients and stakeholders as directed by the team.
- Administration responsibilities - filing & maintaining documentation for the business and developing systems.
- Office management tasks - managing the stationery and supplies for the office, liaising with third-party suppliers and contractors, including security and catering, and assisting with the health & safety for the site.
