A unique business based just north of Birmingham City Centre are seeking a detail oriented, customer focused Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This is great opportunity for someone with prior similar experience who is keen to work in a close knit team environment who have got a big international presence and are leaders within their industry. The successful candidate will be joining a small office of around 4 other individuals and will get involved in not only the customer service for the company but every aspect of the business also!
Day to day, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a busy email inbox, liaising with customers to resolve queries and complaints. Alongside this you will be making outbound and handling inbound calls from suppliers and clients, producing of reports, managing CRM systems plus general office administration support.
You will be a proactive, detail oriented and people focused individual who is happy to ro0le their sleeves up and assist where needed! Ideally you will have prior office based administration or phone based experience and keen to continue to learn and develop. You must have at least grade C or above in your GCSE- English, Maths and Sciences (or equivalent)
Due to the location of this company, it is strongly recommended that the successful candidate is a driver and is happy to work fully in the office, Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm.
