My client is an established and highly reputable Property Company with an outstanding reputation in its field. An opportunity has arisen for Property Database Administrator to join their team initially for a 6-month period based at their stunning South Birmingham offices. This role is both office and home based. There is free parking onsite, and the role is £30k pro rata.

This role requires good database/Document experience. Exposure to property would be an advantage although not essential. The role will entail:

Ensuring all data/ documents are input onto relevant systems and databases in line with agreed SLAs. You will maintain an excellent working knowledge and become a super user of all relevant Company systems and databases in order to ensure efficient operation.

·      You will support the team with data requests and reporting in accordance with the GDPR. In addition you will liaise with internal stakeholders and teams and build strong business relationships. You will also support with general property administration.

Applicants will have previous database, administration experience. Knowledge of property or similar would be an advantage but not essential.
