Katie Bard Recruitment are seeking experienced Administrators and HR Assistants, for a brand-new and exclusive role based in the Telford area. The role is ongoing until at least the end of December 2021 and can offer an immediate start for the right candidate.

The position is working in a unique environment for the region, and will be particularly attractive to those interested in the charity and public sectors. The purpose of the role is to provide full end-to-end support to senior HR employees and the wider Human Resources function.

Key responsibilities include…

·       HR administration, including ensuring that all records are up-to-date in accordance with wider law, employment law and current procedures

·       Assisting with pay queries and collating payroll information for submission – including absence data

·       Recruitment activities across the business, including advertising vacancies and organising interviews

·       Producing and issuing standard employment contracts – offer letters, changes to terms etc

·       Assisting with HR related meetings, including exit interviews

·       Organising training sessions & workshops, and conducting training evaluations in order to identify gaps across the organisation

·       Successfully managing key internal stakeholder relationships

·       Playing a key role in implementing new policies and procedures across the team

·       Wider administration tasks such as taking minutes and processing invoices
