We are currently recruiting for a Data Assistant to join a national professional services company, for an initial period of 6 months, with the potential for extension and progression opportunities. This is a great opportunity for a graduate-level candidate with some admin experience who wants to get started in their career and work with data. The position will be predominantly office-based with some hybrid working.


Duties will include:

Working autonomously on basic data maintenance, including correcting errors in databases and ensuring data service meets stakeholder requirements

Proactively identifying potential process improvements and feeding back to Team Leader

Remediating data in internal systems where Team Leader has identified issue

Assisting with planning of data remediation activities in order to meet needs of internal stakeholders

Carrying out peer checks for other members of the team, documenting outcomes to ensure work is always accurate

Working with the team on short term projects

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have some prior administration experience, preferably within a similar data role, and strong computer literacy. You will have great communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload while working effectively within a team and maintaining attention to detail. This is a full-time, temporary position, based in Stratford-upon-Avon, and is paying £11 per hour.
