Account Coordinator for National Charity Organisation (ID:5756)
A
leading national organisation is looking to bring onboard an Account and
Membership Coordinator to join their Birmingham City Centre office, in an
exciting, varied administrative position! This is an incredible opportunity for
an immediately available individual to start in the role on an ongoing
temporary basis, with the potential to be offered a long-term permanent
opportunity too!
Your
daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on the phone
and via email to handle general enquiries
·
Scheduling meetings and booking online trainings and courses
·
Updating client records and accounts with any changes to
their membership information onto internal CRM systems and databases
·
Undertaking any additional tasks alongside the team,
including supporting with financial, recruitment and compliance administration responsibilities
The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a solid
understanding of Microsoft Office and pay excellent attention to detail. Previous
experience within a similar administrative role is desired, and this is an
amazing opportunity for you to work within an organisation that supports the
local community, allowing you to develop your experience and progress within
the organisation!
This is
full-time, ongoing temporary position initially paying £9 for the right candidate
and offering the potential for a long-term permanent role too.
