EA to Founder/Director of Healthcare Organisation in Stratford upon Avon (ID:4684)
We are currently looking
for a fantastic, proactive EA to support an inspirational and dedicated founder/director
with her work at the healthcare organization she founded, as well as media events,
charity involvement and corporate & medical meetings. This is a great
opportunity for someone with prior EA experience who is keen to bring their personality
and skillset to a new challenge in a positive and rewarding environment.
Duties will include:
Acting as first point of contact
for correspondence via email or phone, making executive decisions on the appropriate
response and which enquiries should be routed to the director
Effectively managing your time
in order to manage response to priority correspondence in a timely manner
Full diary and travel
management, including meetings, conferences and events
Giving a great first
impression to visitors both in person and on the telephone, presenting a warm
and friendly persona while maintaining efficiency and competency in fulfilling
their request
Liaise with Patient team
leader to coordinate director’s diary
Maintain patient confidentiality
at all times, coordinating an efficient filing system to ensure this confidentiality
Draft documents and emails
including collecting and analysing information as required
Take notes from meetings, including
taking ownership of action points when appropriate and working with other
directors and wider management team to ensure actions are completed and enquiries
are resolved
The ideal candidate for this
role will be a motivated, positive individual who is keen to get stuck into a hands-on
role, directly supporting the founder of an organisation they can believe in.
You will be proactive and confident in your abilities, in order to take
initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while continuing to maintain
compassion and confidentiality when interacting with patients. High levels of
organisational competency are required in order to effectively manage the
director’s busy & varied diary and provide the administrative support she
requires.

This is a full-time, permanent
position, based in their office in Stratford upon Avon, and is paying £30-37k
annually.
