Starting in Operations, you will be the first point of contact for both clients and candidates, so strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner are essential. You will also work closely with your team, gaining valuable experience and developing the skills needed to progress into recruitment. In addition, you will work directly with the CEO, supporting various projects, ad hoc administrative tasks, and collaborating with consultants across the business.

You will build strong relationships while handling general administrative duties and project-based work set by Directors and senior leaders.
