We are seeking a driven individual to take on a fantastic graduate role starting in September as an Operations Specialist. You will be working with a fun international company and will have the opportunity to visit some of their key sites abroad. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a dynamic environment as part of a close-knit team, where you will gain a wealth of experience.
You will work across operations, facilities, and coordination, working closely with internal and external stakeholders and becoming involved in many aspects of the business. This includes liaising with teams such as finance and sales to ensure products are distributed efficiently and operations run smoothly. You will also support the Coordination Manager within a small team environment, assisting with stock control, bookings, stakeholder communication, and operational tasks such as invoice checking, as well as coordinating with the health and safety team to ensure machinery and equipment are properly serviced.
We are looking for a motivated learner with excellent communication and IT skills, ideally with administrative or operational experience. This is a busy and rewarding role offering clear progression opportunities and the chance to gain a strong understanding of business operations.
