An exciting opportunity for a PA/ Project Support to join a leading, progressive consultancy.

This is a hybrid, 6-month fixed term contract position. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertly manage busy diaries, inboxes, schedules, meetings, travel, and expenses with seamless efficiency.
  • Maintain highly organised, compliant systems while ensuring impeccable GDPR standards.
  • Proactively track assignment progress, anticipate risks, and keep projects moving at pace.
  • Prioritise your workload strategically while supporting Consultants to deliver at their best.
  • Act as the central, trusted coordination hub across projects, aligning stakeholders and timelines effortlessly.
  • Produce polished, professional documents, reports, and presentations that elevate the brand.
  • Keep database records accurate, detailed, and consistently up to date.
  • Confidently coordinate interviews, engaging advertising content, client invoicing, and thorough candidate due-diligence.
  • Suggest innovative improvements that enhance efficiency and elevate the overall delivery process.
  • Handle enquiries with confidence, discretion, and excellent judgement.
Skills & Attributes:
  • Exceptionally organised with strong time-management and multitasking ability.
  • Confident, articulate communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to quality.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solutions-focused problem-solver who uses initiative to keep work moving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience in project coordination or managing multiple workstreams (desirable).
This role is suitable for a candidate with exceptional administration skills.
