Part Time Office Clerk for National Law Firm (ID:2946)
We are looking for an office clerk to join a fantastic
national law firm for 6 months on a part time basis, following either a Monday/Tuesday/Thursday
or Wednesday/Friday shift pattern to fit with their COVID bubble system as the
role will be office based. Duties will include responsibility for inbound and
outbound post, including couriers and hand delivery packages; large volume
printing, scanning & photocopying; document printing & finishing;
assisting with file archiving & retrieval; and general administration
duties as required. This is a great opportunity for somebody to gain more legal
experience for a busy National law firm, working in a COVID secure office for 6
months in their Birmingham office.
The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a
positive & proactive attitude, and the ability to work autonomously - using
your initiative to prioritise workload while maintaining strong attention to
detail and a polite & professional manner. Knowledge of Microsoft office
and admin experience are required, and you must be committed, reliable, and

This is a part-time, 6 month FTC opportunity, based in their
Birmingham office, and is paying £15,500k pro rata.
