We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a global, industry-leading team in Birmingham. You will take ownership of a portfolio of high-impact operational and strategic projects within Land Development and Infrastructure, driving performance, delivering results, and shaping the organisation’s future.

Working at the heart of key programmes and cyclical initiatives, you will collaborate closely with operational leads, senior stakeholders, and directors during a pivotal period of transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets with proactive forecasting, cost control, and financial accountability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, fostering productive, long-term relationships.
  • Design and implement clear communication strategies to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to maintain project momentum and minimise disruption.
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making, track performance, and report progress.
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes, governance, and operational efficiency.
About you 
  • Proven experience leading complex, high-impact projects, ideally within Land Development, Infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • Strong expertise in budget management, risk assessment, and project governance.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build long-term partnerships.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a track record of delivering high-visibility projects.
