We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Legal Interviewer to join a professional organisation in a varied and engaging role. This opportunity will allow you to utilise your investigative skills while supporting key internal stakeholders.
The role involves building rapport with individuals and conducting detailed interviews, asking probing and insightful questions to gather accurate and relevant information. The information you collect will be used to produce comprehensive documentation that may be reviewed by senior stakeholders, including legal advisers where required.
You will be expected to remain impartial and objective at all times, ensuring your findings are accurate, balanced, and reflective of the evidence gathered. The ability to manage sensitive conversations with professionalism, discretion, and confidence is essential.
This temporary position would suit someone with a legal background, previous interviewing or HR experience, or experience advocating on behalf of different groups while managing sensitive casework. Strong analytical skills, resilience, and the ability to navigate complex discussions are key to success in this role.
