You will be expected to remain impartial and objective at all times, ensuring your findings are accurate, balanced, and reflective of the evidence gathered. The ability to manage sensitive conversations with professionalism, discretion, and confidence is essential.

This temporary position would suit someone with a legal background, previous interviewing or HR experience, or experience advocating on behalf of different groups while managing sensitive casework.
