A highly regarded UK law firm is seeking an exceptional Post Completion Assistant to join their team!
This fantastic opportunity is ideal for someone with strong post-completion experience and a passion for building trusted working relationships.
In this role, you would provide support to Real Estate teams across the UK, delivering an outstanding level of client service, taking ownership of all post-completion processes, ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.
The Role
· Manage post-completion activities, including SDLT submissions, Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns and Online land registry applications.
· Liaise with a high volume of clients and key stakeholders, responding to queries promptly to ensure exceptional service.
· Build trusted relationships with clients and become an integral part of the team.
· Maintaining accurate records, including key dates, milestones and compliance requirements.
· Work closely with the legal support team on final billing and file closures, in line with contractual requirements.
· Update case management systems regularly and maintain electronic filing in accordance with firm standards.
What you need
· Proven experience supporting Real Estate transactions, ideally within a legal environment.
· Demonstrable experience delivering a post-completion service.
· Strong communication and relationship building skills, both internally and externally.
· Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
· A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
