Key Responsibilities:

- Produce meaningful weekly insights and reports for senior HR leadership.
- Manage and develop a team of HR superstars, with potential to grow as the team expands.
- Oversee seamless business operations, guaranteeing an exceptional onboarding journey for every new starter.
- Maintain 100% accuracy by ensuring new employees are added promptly and precisely into the HR system.
- Quality-check HR admin outputs and provide real-time coaching to raise the bar.
- Champion continuous improvement by upskilling, mentoring, and fostering a customer-obsessed culture.
- Escalate and resolve complex HR queries with confidence and clarity.
- Be a go-to expert, handling queries with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
