The Role
Carry out general ad hoc administrative duties as required
Liaise with the facilities and maintenance team to coordinate tasks and manage requests
Work with the front of house team to organise cover when needed
Ensure office supplies are regularly replenished
Coordinate all essential resources and allocate them according to business needs

Key Skills
Previous customer service or office-based experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Strong general administrative skills
