A renowned, forward thinking and international law firm based in Birmingham City Centre are seeking a client driven, front facing and quality focused Front of House Assistant to join their corporate reception team in a newly created Hospitality focused role. This role is perfect for someone who has been working in high end hospitality ie Hotels/Fine Dining in front facing roles that encompass Administration and Client Services. You will report directly in to a Front of House Manager who will provide plenty of training and support in a role that you will be able to make your own.
Day to day duties may include:
• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
• Preparing meeting rooms, ensuring they are set up and clean and tidy
• Helping with the setup of AV equipment
• Organising all catering for events and meetings
• Ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy
• Ad hoc duties
The ideal candidate will have worked in a high end hospitality environment in a role that is service led and allows them to work within a team and demonstrate their communication skills. You will ideally have your Level 1 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate though this is not essential. You must be flexible in your work and have a willingness to learn.
