A successful and high-end finance company is seeking an exceptional PA to support a senior member of the executive team. Based in the heart of Birmingham, this is a hybrid role offering both flexibility and the opportunity to be a trusted and essential part of the business. You will work closely with senior executives, stepping in confidently when needed and acting as a representative of the executive office. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-level environment.

The Role
• Serve as the main point of contact, confidently making decisions in the executive’s absence
• Organise and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
• Manage complex and ever-changing diaries with accuracy
• Take and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and relevant materials efficiently
• Handle general administrative duties: filing, scanning, photocopying, and accurate document distribution
• Assist with the planning and execution of company events and strategic projects
• Organise domestic and international travel, including accommodation and itineraries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and stakeholders
• Process confidential financial documents and liaise with the finance team for invoices and expenses
• Manage sensitive communications and enquiries with discretion and professionalism
• Support the organisation of meetings with senior leaders and VIP guests
• Carry out ad hoc administrative tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role (ideally as a PA or EA)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong diary management and organisational abilities
• A calm, confident approach with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• High level of discretion when dealing with confidential matters
