You will predominantly be acting as the managing directors right hand. Your role could include but would not be limited to;

- Complex diary management

- Inbox management and occasionally responding on behalf of the team

- Preparation of presentations

- Booking travel and processing expenses

- Organising internal and external communications

- Managing team development review meetings

- Preparing documents

- Typing, photocopying, scanning, binding, filing

The successful candidate will have solid experience already working as a PA, knowledge of the property sector is desirable but not essential for this role.
