An interesting business based in South Birmingham (parking on site) is seeking a dynamic and switched-on Receptionist with Junior PA to provide integral support across the business. As a vibrant and forward-thinking organisation that is well respected within their field, they are looking for someone as equally professional and passionate!

With values of integrity, innovation and commitment, the successful Receptionist and Junior PA will be driven to improve processes and bolster the brand image.

The role will be twofold. Primarily you will be providing an excellent client service on the reception desk, meeting and greeting visitors, signposting queries and operating the switchboard. Alongside this, you will be responsible for an array of administration duties:
Assisting with event management and liaising with suppliers
Booking meeting rooms and handling travel arrangements
Organising accommodation and catering
Managing the post and organising deliveries
Ordering office supplies and undertaking stock checks
Answering telephone queries and taking accurate messages
Communicating regularly with several departments in the business
Supporting the senior management with ad hoc projects

The successful Office Coordinator will have previous administration/reception experience, good client service skills and a warm and engaging approach. This role could suit someone who has finished their administration apprenticeship and is looking to take that next step in their career. Alternatively, you may be a graduate-level individual keen to grow within an established business.
