Full-time, permanent position offering up to £65,000 per annum depending on experience plus potential bonus earnings.
Are you an experienced PA looking for your next opportunity? An exciting opportunity to work for a high-profile individual as their private PA has become available! Based in Lichfield, the successful applicant will be assisting the individual and his family with private arrangements including travel, appointments and managing schedules, as well as providing some business support.
Key responsibilities of the role would include:
- Arranging complex international travel arrangements, including private charters, holidays and meetings on a frequent basis
- Diary management, arranging both yearly and day-to-day appointments
- Scheduling rotas for staff
- Managing accounts
- Some work supporting the individual’s business, including diary and email management
Prospective applicants must have previous PA experience within a corporate or professional services environment, with experience managing complex international travel. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, and previous private PA experience is also desirable.
