An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PA to support senior executives at a prestigious institution located in Birmingham. This highly regarded organisation is known for its exceptional standards and collaborative culture. Due to an increased level of activity the role is a great opportunity to work in a close-knit team to collaborate where necessary on planning a range of high-profile events whilst working independently when required. The Role
- Manage complex and busy executive diaries
- Handle and process confidential financial information
- Prepare documents and files for meetings, presentations, and briefings
- Monitor and manage inboxes, making decisions on behalf of executives when appropriate
- Arrange and support high-profile events across departments
- Coordinate UK and international travel and logistics
- Organise meetings and appointments across the senior leadership team
- Record and distribute accurate meeting minute
- Assist executives with ad hoc tasks and responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams on various projects
- Liaise with external suppliers and maintain professional relationships
- Manage and process sensitive financial documents
- Respond to and redirect incoming enquiries appropriately
- Organise events and meetings for senior leaders and VIP guests
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role (ideally as a PA)
- Strong diary management skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- A proactive, go-getting attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong diary management and organisational abilities
- High level of discretion when dealing with confidential matters
