We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join a leading national law firm in their Birmingham based offices. The role runs Monday to Friday and there will be occasional morning/evening meetings and events where shift times would slightly need to alter accordingly to this. Although this is an initial temporary role, there is an opportunity for it to turn permanent.

The successful candidate will be widely supporting the brilliant front of house team, delivering exceptional service to clients as well as different internal departments within the organisation. You will be the face of the organisation, representing it to making lasting first impressions.

Some of the responsibilities entail:

• Meeting and greeting clients to create positive impressions
• Organising food and beverage requirements for events and meetings
• Booking and preparing meeting rooms in accordance to company standards
• Reporting tasks and issues to relevant departments
• Adhering to company legislation
• Supporting the wider team through ad-hoc duties as when and needed
The role requires a computer literate individual with knowledge of different systems such as Microsoft Office, ideally with experience in room bookings. The right candidate will come from an administration background, with the ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously.
