A highly reputable business with excellently located offices in Birmingham City Centre is looking for a knowledgeable individual for a data focussed role. Working as part of the wider marketing team, you will be responsible for primary management of the businesses client database and therefore must possess experience within this area. You will ideally have previously worked within professional services or within a similar private business as a CRM Assistant. This role is full time, hybrid, initally for a 9 months FTC covering maternity. Your responsibilities will include:

Expert assistance with regular audits of the system in order to ensure consistency and quality of data
Reporting on Business Development activity thorough use of the CRM systems as well as travel to other regional offices for support in BD training
Complying with the firms data quality standards in order to make amendments to data
Carrying out company and market research in order to support initiatives
Responsibility for implementing changes to information on the CRM in line with automated tickets raised by the system
Employing confidentiality at all stages of the process

This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical individual with existing CRM or data experience.
