A new opportunity had arisen for a board-level PA to support their Chief Financial officer and COO. This is a newly created role so ideal for any candidates wanting a role where they can put their stamp on it and make it their own.

The role will entail working in a fast-moving ever-changing environment so this role requires a shrewd PA who can think on their feet, be versatile and adapt to the needs of the business. The role will be working alongside the Executive Assistant to CEO who is charismatic and incredibly astute to the needs of the business. You will work together closely to provide a seamless service to the Board and muck in when needed.

The role will entail Board reporting, diary planning, and scheduling. You will support wider projects and research where required. You will be the key point of contact for stakeholder both internal and external and be key and strategic planning across the business. This role will suit a forward-thinking PA who is not afraid to work outside of a "traditional" PA role. This role requires a seriously good organiser who is fluent at board level and a brand ambassador.
