You will predominantly be providing right hand support to the companies director. Your role could include but would not be limited to;

- Proactive diary and email management

- Preparing documents and information in advance of meetings, circulating agendas, collating actions, maintaining actions log

- Complex travel arrangements

- Building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

- Providing high quality presentations, documents and reports

- Filtering incoming calls and correspondence for the director

- Managing internal filing systems

The successful candidate will have solid experience already working as a PA, skills such as budget management and a good commercial awareness are also desirable for this role.
