A diverse, specialist company is looking to hire a contracts coordinator to join their team. This role will require a highly professional and capable individual, this will involve providing specialist support with ownership and maintenance of sourcing processes. The successful candidate will need a solid understanding of procurement and contracting processes.

Working with clients to improve a standard of procurement documentation.

Ownership and maintenance of sourcing solutions, documentation and contracts.

Liaising with external legal consultants.

Assuring consistency of contracts and documentation across various clients.

Support clients and stakeholders with ad-hoc sourcing queries.

Previous experience in a similar role.

A solid understanding of procurement and contracting processes.

An understanding of public procurement law

Contract/ tender drafting experience.
