My client based in Birmingham is an entrepreneurial, slick and trendy Tech Business with a growing portfolio and exciting growth plans.
An opportunity has arisen for a Client Onboarding and Customer Support Executive to join their fast-growing team. This is an ideal role for anyone keen to move away from a rigid working environment into a more entrepreneurial changing environment with the growth opportunities. This role is hybrid with only two days in the office. You will manage the candidate journey at each level to ensure you deliver the highest possible service.

Your role will entail:
· Following up on the recruitment and onboarding process for the candidates and supporting candidates both from an employer perspective and a continued professional development (CPD) and coaching perspective
· Building strong and long-term relationships through good service to both clients and candidates to increase engagement
· Growing the role alongside the business growth and making it your own
· Supporting candidates with app-instructions, availability, questioning candidates on service satisfaction and supporting candidates on any questions they might have
· Collaborating with the company's Customer Success team
· Continuously review of and feedback on company/branch compliance process
· Ensure that every candidate is fully vetted and compliant for work
· Working closely with the marketing team with recruitment advertising campaigns.

Applicants will have strong Client Onboarding or maybe recruitment experience. You will have a strong service ethic with an instinct to improve the customer journey. You will have an interest in working within a Tech environment and have an entrepreneurial flair.
