A prestigious international law firm, with offices based in Birmingham City Centre, are looking for an efficient and proactive Paralegal to support their Property Housing Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to gain valuable insight into the corporate, commercial environment, whilst working within a supportive and progressive team. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with asset management procedures, both disposals and acquisitions
- General residential portfolio transactions
- Reviewing leases and processing extensions and renewals
- Facilitating transfers of equity
The ideal candidate will be adaptable and enjoy a varied job role, with a solid understanding of the principles of property law. They will also have impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience of drafting legal documents is essential for this role.
