An amazing investment banking firm are looking for an office assistant to support their PA team to help cover a maternity cover and extra workload. Duties will include basic PA tasks for the senior leadership team, filing, straightforward office management duties and answering and directing on incoming telephone calls. Working alongside another PA, this is a great, entry level role for someone who wishes to learn and grow into a PA career.

You will ideally have good academics and potentially an administrative qualification (like an apprenticeship or other formally recognised qual). You will be immediately available and looking to get your foot on the ladder with a fantastic professional services organisation.

Paying circa £20k per annum, this is a full time, office based role, situated in the city centre.
