A growing design business based in North Birmingham is seeking a Project Administrator to assist with their client work and compliance coordination. You will be supporting the Project Managers and Senior Directors with a varied and interesting workload. 

As Project Administrator, duties will vary from project to project. You will be heavily involved in document management, cross-checking contracts and preparing for audits. It will be imperative to follow guidelines, understand compliance and update the systems accordingly. Equally, due to the nature of in the industry there will be health and safety agreements to consider alongside stakeholder queries, relationships and permissions.  

The successful individual will be a skilled administrator with a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. You must be proactive and attuned to working at speed! As a trendy and unique business with a small close-knit team, this role would suit someone who is looking to develop and improve their commercial skills
